The Clerk of Courts is responsible for recording, processing, and archiving all documents relevant to Real Estate.
These documents are available to the general public as well as the legal community. To view any real estate documents online, please visit the link below to the Georgia Superior Court Clerk’s Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA) website.
You may use the “ECERT” portal to request copies.

To Submit a PT-61 Form on the GSCCA site, followed the following bulleted instructions:
- Click “File”
- Click “PT-61 eFiling”
- Click “File My PT-61 Form”
- Fill out all STARRED boxes
- Write down last #’s of the PT-61 *PT-61 051-2025-000[698]*
- Submit
How to Efile Real Estate Docs
- Create an Account with the Clerk’s Authority. (Please use phone number above for support.)
- Select “Self-Filer” when creating account.
- Once the Account is accepted, the Clerk’s Authority will email info to submit documents.
- To file go to efile.gsccca.org
- Click File
- Click eFiling
- Click on eFiling Portal
- Click on Register to create account
- Once account is created, click Filings > New Filing
- Type of Filing = Real Estate
- Enter County
- Click Continue on next page
- Click “Add New Filing”
- Click on Conveyance Deed
- Select Instrument Type = Warranty Deed, Security Deed, Plat, etc
- Upload Digital File
- The next page should ask to enter PT-61 # (only the last 4 of the sequence is needed)
- Continue Through to Pay Now.
- Enter Payment Information
- Finalize Payment
