Military Discharge Records

A veteran desiring to have his or her military discharge records permanently recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Effingham County should bring the records to the Real Estate Division of the Clerk’s Office. This is done at no charge and a certified copy can be given to you at no charge anytime during normal business hours.
