Jesslyn Gurganus joined the Effingham County Clerk’s Office staff in November 2025 as a State Court Deputy Clerk. In her role, Jesslyn is responsible for managing Misdemeanor Criminal case filings, sending Hearing Notices, and maintaining official, accurate court records.
