Amy Brasher has served as a Deputy Clerk for Civil Superior Court at the Effingham County Clerk’s Office since November 2025. A 15-year resident of Effingham County, she enjoys living in Springfield and being part of the local community.

As a Superior Civil Clerk, Amy is responsible for maintaining Civil, Domestic, & Adoption case files. Amy assists with both electronic & Pro Se filings, maintains court calendars, and ensures the records maintain the utmost accuracy. Amy is committed to supporting the court system and providing helpful, respectful service to all.
